You may be a partner frustrated by the model at your current firm, or perhaps a Senior Associate not given the latitude to develop and grow your own brand and practice. Our client is looking for you!

This represents a rare opportunity to take on a partnership role. This commercially focused law firm services a number of long standing, reputable and varied clients in the Christchurch and Canterbury area. The firm has progressively grown and is looking to offer attractive partnership prospects to senior level candidates who genuinely back their own abilities. With continued growth in mind, they are looking for forward-thinking and experienced partners or senior associates with a client base to join this friendly practice.
Ideally you will have strong technical expertise in your chosen area, commercial accruement and a willingness to merge your clients into the firms existing client base. Also, they are open to sole practitioners who may be wishing to wave goodbye to the back-office administration burden. Separate office and administration space is available together with up-to-date practice management systems, accounts and secretarial support.
Whilst this practice is commercially focused and referrals would be available, there is potential for candidates working in any specialty of law.
