Role overview

Our client is seeking an experienced solicitor to advise on and take ownership of Employment and Industrial disputes. This role is ideally suited to a career minded, ambitious individual who is looking to specialise in Employment law. As a valued member of this growing practice your role will encompass investigations, mediation, Employment Relations Authority hearings and Employment Court appearances. You might already be an Employment specialist or a General Practice solicitor with prior experience in Employment.

Selection criteria

Candidates with 2 to 4 years PQE in Employment or General Practice Litigation are encouraged to apply.

You will have:

• Previous Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court experience;
• The ability and empathy to interact confidently with a wide range of people; and
• Strong communication and mediation skills.
