Are you a Partner feeling frustrated in your current role, or perhaps a Senior Associate without the latitude required to develop and grow your own brand and practice. Our client is looking for you!

Our client is a profitable professional practice with a friendly and collegial atmosphere. The practice has grown progressively over the years and is now looking to offer an attractive Partnership prospect to a senior level lawyer who genuinely backs their own abilities. With continued growth in mind, they are looking for a forward-thinking and experienced Partner or Senior Associate (with client base) to join their expanding practice. They are also open to Sole Practitioners who may be wishing to wave goodbye to the back-office administration burden.

This growing practice boasts a strong property and commercial practice, along with a successful and expanding litigation team. Ideally, you will have strong technical expertise in your chosen area, as well as commercial acumen and a willingness to merge your clients into the firms existing client base. They are also open to considering candidates from other specialties.
