Role overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced Legal Trust Account Administrator to join this friendly, medium-sized practice.

This unique role offers a chance for a passionate and ambitious individual to join this dedicated group of professionals. Your tasks will be varied and include transaction processing, trust account administration, payment processing, and daily balancing. In this role you will be working alongside an experienced trust account supervisor.

This role would ideally suit a self-composed individual, who has a positive and pro-active attitude.

Selection criteria

You will have experience in legal trust account administration, including:

• Setting up bank payments;
• Daily processing, balancing, and reconciling of the trust account;
• Assisting partners and staff with statements and queries; and
• Knowledge of AML compliance would be a plus.

Additionally, knowledge of office account processes, payments and database management will be viewed favourably. A police check will be required for this role.
