Our Christchurch client, a central city practice with a diverse clientele, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their team as a valued member. They are a renowned for their friendly and approachable manner as well as their quality of work and take pride and satisfaction in delivering top-class, personalized service.
Role overview
Your role will be varied and include both Property and Commercial related tasks. You will be assisting with office administration, dictation, client correspondence, drafting and amending legal documents, using precedent forms, as well as file management. The role will also involve some direct client contact. Familiarity with property transactions, including Landonline, and ADLS is essential.

Selection criteria
To succeed in this role you should possess:
• Previous Property and/or Commercial legal administration experience;
• Prior knowledge of Landonline and ADLS;
• A friendly and professional manner; and
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
It would also be beneficial if you had commenced study towards the Legal Executive qualification or have a desire to do so.
