Role overview

Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Executive to join their professional and friendly Property team. They are a close-knit bunch, who pride themselves on their first-class customer service but also like to have a bit of fun as well.

In this role you will be focused on existing client’s Property transactions. As well as Residential Property you may also assist, from time to time, with Commercial and Sub-division Property transactions. You will be given a good degree of autonomy and undertake an interesting and varied range of transactions. There will also be numerous opportunities for direct client contact.

Your previous experience

Essential to the role is a solid grounding in Residential Property matters alongside experience in running files from start to finish. It would be advantageous if you had some knowledge of Commercial and Sub-division Property transactions, but you may also just be passionate about Residential Conveyancing. You will be an enthusiastic and diligent individual, who has both the initiative and competence to work autonomously and possess the interpersonal skills required to thrive within this friendly team.

Selection criteria

You will be a Legal Executive who:

• Is capable of handling residential property transactions autonomously;
• Has advanced abilities in reviewing and reporting on LIMs;
• Can provide outstanding client service in a friendly and professional manner; and
• Fits well within their team.

It would also be an advantage to have experience in, or knowledge of, Commercial and Sub-division Property transactions.
