They are seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Executive to join their friendly and professional team. In this role you will be focused on client business and commercial property transactions. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and self-management, handling a diverse and engaging array of transactions. Your Previous Experience

A solid foundation in property and commercial matters, along with experience in managing files from inception to completion, is essential for this role. You may be involved in commercial refinancing, share sales and purchases, leasing, shareholders agreements, company documentation, and resolutions. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and diligent, with the initiative and capability to work independently, as well as possessing the interpersonal skills needed to excel within this congenial team.
