Role overview

You will be working in an autonomous role serving an existing client base. Your new role is a position that is focused on Property and Commercial transactions, operating alongside other legal executives. The role will offer you a good degree of autonomy as well as opportunities for client contact.

Selection criteria

Essential to the role is a solid grounding in residential property matters with good knowledge in running files from start to finish. You should also have knowledge of commercial matters. You will be an enthusiastic and diligent individual who has both the initiative and competence to work autonomously, but also have the interpersonal skills required to thrive.

To be successful you will:

• Be capable of working on property transactions autonomously;
• Have knowledge of commercial transactions;
• Have a friendly and professional manner; and
• Possess the ability to flourish in a team environment.
