Role overview

Would you like to become part of a firm who will value you as a person and appreciate that you will no doubt have a life and family outside of work? Our client, an amiable and professional entrepreneur, is seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Executive to join their friendly residential property team. You will be in an autonomous role serving an existing client base – primarily focused on residential property conveyancing and refinancing.

Selection criteria

Essential to the role is a solid grounding in residential property matters, along with excellent knowledge and the ability to handle files from start to finish. Good team fit will be essential, as this is a small and friendly team who work as a close-knit unit and pride themselves on their first-class customer service. They work hard when required, but also like to have a bit of fun too.

The successful candidate will be:

• An experienced Legal Executive who is happy to work unsupported;
• Able to work full time 2-4 days a week, one of which is Friday;
• Very capable of working on property transactions autonomously;
• Familiar with setting up bank payments;
• Able to provide outstanding client service, in a friendly and professional manner; and
• Have advanced abilities in reviewing and reporting on LIMs.
